Rutherford County is the third healthiest out of a total of 95 counties in Tennessee according to a study released in mid February 2010 by the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Foundation. I took a listing late last week from sellers who are being relocated out-of-state. As we did our paperwork to get their beautiful home on the market, we reviewed options.
