I just listed this is a great townhouse in Smyrna. 2 bed rooms 2 baths all on ONE level. Very open floor plan makes this 1083 square foot home feel larger. Nice backyard with a partial privacy fence, small storage building & covered parking for 2 cars. The development takes care of the yard and exterior of the home.

First off Hello world!! I am very excited about this new blog platform.

I was looking for a new place to start working out again. I checked around and all the fitness centers around wanted anywhere from $27 to $40 per month. Not horrible prices, but when I checked the Smyrna Town Center I found that they had a whole lot more to offer- and prices to fit my budget. They have two cardio rooms with treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals and bikes. A machine weight room with a large variety of machines to give you a great work out. The free-weight room is a little small but they have it well stocked with all the equipment that you would need. They also have a nice aerobic room that is used for spin, karate, aerobics, yoga, and pilates classes. The town center also has two tennis and racquet ball courts. Another feature of the fitness center is the outdoor pool it is only open in the summer months but is a nice feature. The locker rooms have lockers you can rent by the month or free day use, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and shower facilities. I have been going there for the past 3 weeks working out, playing tennis and racquet ball. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

The other side of the Smyrna Town Center is a meeting and banquet facility. They offer a wide variety of rooms from small meeting rooms to large conference rooms. The staff is very happy to help you plan your event and offer resources and services including tables and chairs, parking (free), room setup, cleaning services, and kitchen. Also Tuesday thru Friday from 11:00 to 1:00 the town center offers a all you can eat lunch. $8 get you all you can eat including drink and dessert. You can find more information at www.smyrnatn.org.

All in all I have been blessed to find such a resource right in my own back yard.

Real Estate Profile

I am always ready for a challenge and work with determination and enthusiasm to meet the needs of my clients. I was named Smyrna’s Rookie of the Year in 2007, an award recognizing not just production of a new agent, but also community involvement, continuing education, and being a team player. In that same year I earned my ABR®, Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation. This specialized training gives me an edge helping buyers thru the process of buying their new home.

I take a team approach when working with clients. Together, we determine the needs of the buyer or seller, whether it’s by developing a marketing strategy to sell or identifying the most important criteria to buy a new home. Much of my business is by referral – my satisfied clients often share my name with their friends and family as a real estate professional.

Giving back to the community is important to me. From each of my closings, I donate money to the Make a Wish Foundation and the United Way. I also work with Race for the Cure to raise money for the American Cancer Society and the Bob Parks Realty Christmas for the Children program. In addition, My colleagues recognize my commitment to both community and team when they elected me to serve on Agent Council in 2008. I received the company’s Silver Award in 2006 and am a regular on the monthly Top 10 list.
