I have been a successful Realtor since 2006 first in California and most recently in Middle TN. My goal is to provide each customer with “Service You Can Smile About” by offering unparalleled service, integrity and commitment to your real estate needs. By doing so, I achieved top sales recognition as “Rookie of the Year” in 2007, with sales exceeding $5,500,000.00. My experience in Real Estate transactions involves Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Farms, Short Sales, Foreclosures, 1031 Exchanges and Investment Properties. My husband and I retired from farming in Central California after 30 years of operating an almond and raisin farm. Prior to succeeding in Real Estate, I was a legal assistant for over 20 years working mostly in probate and estate planning.
