Kathy is dedicated to all her clients – whether buyers or sellers. This dedication is evidenced through a number of awards she’s received as a Realtor, including: the company-wide “Whale Done” service award, Silver Award, Top Agent of the Month, and Top 10 Agent of the Year.

Before becoming a Realtor in 2001, Kathy was a Communications Specialist for a biotechnology research institute at the University of Kentucky and the Communications Director for the National Association of State Treasurers in Lexington, Kentucky. Kathy has a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Radio/TV from Murray State University.

On a personal level, Kathy and her husband Richard have been married for 22 years. She strives to be a positive role model for her daughters by supporting their activities in Girl Scouts and at school functions. Kathy is the author of two books and is now writing a children’s book. She expects it could take another five years to finish because with teens in the house, free time is rare!
