Food Network has brought another East Nashville eatery national exposure this week on Heat Seekers, where Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking travel across the country looking for foods that you will love to regret eating. This week Mad Donna’s gets the spotlight for their new Habanera Mac & Cheese, a southern favorite with a fiery twist.

When the recipe includes fresh habaneras, powdered habanera, and something called “Hell Fire Crunch” how could you not dig in? Owner Rachel Fontenot makes sure Mad Donna’s lives up to its name, bringing some Louisiana fire to East Nashville’s favorite little dining spot.

Mad Donna’s Restaurant and Lounge has extended hours to please the pickiest of pallets at any time of day or night, including brunch special 2-for-1 mimosas of every tantalizing flavor you could dream up, and a late night menu that covers everything from quesadilla eggrolls to bacon burgers from 11pm to 1am Friday and Saturday. With a convenient location at 1313 Woodland St., and hours to appease, Mad Donna’s makes sure there is no bad time to torture and tantalize your taste buds.
