GNAR Member Luncheon
This Friday, December 2nd at 11:30 am The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors will welcome in 2012’s President Kendra Cooke. This membership luncheon will allow Kendra to outline the plans and outlook for 2012, as well as kick off the Habitat for Humanity fundraising drive.
GNAR (Greater Nashville Association of Realtors) has been serving Middle Tennessee for over 100 years. Originally founded in 1891, GNAR has more than 3,400 members and affiliates making it the largest realty association in Tennessee. Offering a wide variety of services and extensive community involvement, the association prides itself on providing support and knowledge to its members, allowing those Realtors to provide the most intensive home-buying knowledge possible to clients.
Our very own Kendra Cooke has over 20 cumulative years in real estate and is the team leader of Cooke Realty Partners. Based out of the Bob Parks Realty Brentwood office, Kendra works diligently to keep all her clients, Facebook page, and Twitter feed up-to-date on her local listings, as well as providing meaningful statistics, helpful networking tips, comprehensive listings and online market analysis tools.
In light of all the positive press out there on Kendra and the Cooke Realty Partners, GNAR is looking forward to a year of her tutelage and diligence in bringing the best of the Real Estate Market of Middle Tennessee to residents and future residents alike. Bob Parks is honored to work with Kendra on a daily basis and adds, “We are extremely proud of Kendra and know she’ll do an excellent job as President of GNAR.” Make sure to attend the luncheon this Friday at the Cool Springs Marriot and welcome Kendra Cooke, kick off the Habitat for Humanity Fundraiser, and say farewell and thank you to President Alice Walker.
