The International Folk Fest is being held in and around the Nashville area, including Murfreesboro, from June 13-June 20. With activities running all week long there is plenty for everyone to experience, such as shows for senior citizens, civic clubs, schools, and evening performances, etc. in Murfreesboro and Rutherford Country. This is fun for the entire family.

The festival began in 1982 to bring international music, dance and arts from more than 50 countries to the Rutherford County area. Countries that have visited the area include Greece, India, Ireland, Israel, Brazil, Czechoslovakia, England, Germany, Mexico and many, many others.
