For the past 25 years, Historic Downtown Franklin has traveled back in time about 150 years to a Main Street in the time of Charles Dickens. This year the transformation will take place Saturday, December 11th from 10am to 5pm and Sunday, December 12th from 12:00 noon to 5pm. It is a free festival and attracts thousands of visitors over the weekend.

There are hundreds of volunteers who participate and dress as characters from Dickens’ stories. There are also vendors and street performers. Everyone is invited to join in by dressing in costume or just coming and enjoying the beautiful Main Street in downtown Franklin TN with more than 70 unique shopping and dining destinations!
