I have been a successful Realtor since 2006 first in California and most recently in Middle TN. By doing so, I achieved top sales recognition as “Rookie of the Year” in 2007, with sales exceeding $5,500,000.00. My experience in Real Estate transactions involves Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Farms, Short Sales, Foreclosures, 1031 Exchanges and Investment Properties. My husband and I retired from farming in Central California after 30 years of operating an almond and raisin farm. Prior to succeeding in Real Estate, I was a legal assistant for over 20 years working mostly in probate and estate planning.
